The almighty Clarks Originals Desert boot celebrated a spectacular 65 years in style last Wednesday night in Melbourne’s Church of Bang Bang Boogaloo.

To ensure the team at Clarks were able to relax and enjoy the night, iD Collective were on hand to provide full event management and make the night a certain success.

Guests flocked to the beautifully lit industrial venue to celebrate the 65th anniversary, and had the opportunity to have a peak at Clarks: Rebooted – a global artist initiative in partnership with landmine removal charity The Halo Trust.

For 2015, Clarks has partnered with The HALO Trust to present Clarks: Rebooted, an artist initiative and global collection launch celebrating the desert boot and it’s contribution to global street style.

Sat on an installation made by the talented team at Twig&Co, 11 pairs of one off pieces of art designed by British and UK-based artist were the focus of the evening, with guests from prominent Melbourne media like The Age, Urban List, Smith Journal and Couturing all in attendance.

Melbourne based stylists such as Rebecca James from The Stylist Says, Elaine Marshall from Fashion Journal and Tre Dallas came along for the anniversary launch with Tre Dallas saying his “school shoes got a cool facelift”.

Vodka O, Lucky Buddha Beer and Capi Water were on offer at the bar, perhaps assisting in lightening the spirits of guests who enjoyed the Clarks Originals Photobooth by Rentertainment.
