Have we got your attention now? Yes we know – absolutely epic success for a beauty company that has only been around the traps for three years.
Here at iD Collective, we are immensely proud to have helped launch the cult UK beauty brand, DECIEM into the Australian market. This ‘Abnormal Beauty Company’ has catapulted into the market with much excitement and curiosity amongst beauty brand aficionados.
Abnormal is in the eye of the beholder and DECIEM, which has been coined ‘The Abnormal Beauty Company’, has brought the abnormal to Australia, with their first product, Hylamide being exclusively stocked in Priceline. DECIEM pride themselves on producing actual beauty products that are based on scientific evidence, not fluff.
Last month, iD Collective held both a Melbourne event in the fresh space of Lucky Penny, and a Sydney event in the iconic Grounds of Alexandria. The DECIEM buzz very quickly took off, with founder Brandon Truaxe providing transparent insights into beauty technology. His gripping passion and enthusiasm for this truly ‘screwed up’ company guaranteed an engaged crowd.
“In my technology world, everything was 0 and 1, the truly exact opposite of the beauty world where everything is just a grey promise. I spent a co-op term inside a laboratory of a credible beauty company to work on analysis software and developed so much anger toward the beauty business that eventually (years later) I had to get a bit dirty”, explains Truaxe.
