Amanda has occupied senior positions in the marketing departments of some of the most exciting brands in Australia. Including; adidas, Just Group, Cadbury, Fosters, Jay Jays, Dotti, Aveda and Ansett Australia. With proven results in effectively developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance business profitability, Amanda offers a wealth of knowledge to lead her team. Amanda has strategically built up brands and, more importantly, kept them at the top of their industries. Amanda will ensure that everything iD does for you is a positive extension of your brand.
Along with Amanda’s extensive marketing experience comes her excellent relationships with key magazines, print, radio and web-based media. She is also a published author of a book that sold internationally.
Amanda oversees iD’s brand marketing and strategic capabilities.
She is also a passionate firecracker who always gets the party started.
With over 20 years of strategic marketing and public relations experience, Mary began her career as a lawyer specialising in property, commercial and sports law, working with clients including Aussie Home Loans and the Australian Olympic Committee.
Mary’s love of marketing saw her migrate into senior executive marketing roles with some of Australia’s biggest sports and entertainment organisations. As well as overseeing marketing and commercial programs with the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, the Royal Agricultural Society and the Melbourne Racing Club, she was also the Australian Managing Director of International agency, BrandAdvantage, before establishing her own consultancy where clients included Qantas, NAB, AFL, Australia Post, Monash University, Geelong Grammar School, Melbourne Olympic Park Trust, David Jones and PWC amongst others.
With over twelve years practical experience within the Communication’s industry, Jess has successfully managed PR campaigns across many of Australia’s largest fashion, food, sport and lifestyle brands including Emporium Melbourne, Cadbury, UNIQLO, Volley, Sherrin and BCNA.
Jess is responsible for driving the Operations of both the Sydney and Melbourne teams.
With very strong communication skills, Jess is an experienced marketing strategist with a proven track record in developing and delivering exceptional campaigns for clients.

Grant is one of Australia’s most creative and successful businessmen with companies in both Australia and the USA. Although best known in Australia for his musical accolades, over the past few years Grant has been quietly making significant inroads into the hospitality space owning and operating bars, restaurants, brewing companies and even food festivals.
In late 2013 Grant relocated to Los Angeles with a view to further establishing his hospitality footprint, forming Botanical Hospitality Group. His first offer in the USA is the celebrity-studded mega-site on the corner of Melrose and La Cienega in West Hollywood called E.P & L.P.
Grant maintains strong ties to Australia and currently heads up our LA operations. With a creative flair and a unique knowledge of international markets, his insight for brands looking to take their business global is key to his role at iD Collective.
PR & Digital Director
With several years’ experience working in communications in the lifestyle space, Alex has lead successful digital and PR campaigns for a vast array of global brands including Mercedes, Rodd & Gunn, Target, Jane Iredale and more.
With a strong affinity for social media marketing, and having recently headed up marketing for a global alcohol brand, Alex not only has experience in running successful brand campaigns for established brands, but also in establishing and launching new brands to market.
With a career in the communications industry spanning over eleven years, Sarah has built strong client and media networks in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space. Sarah has led PR, marketing and social influencer campaigns for a long list of Australia’s biggest brands throughout the past decade including Target, UNIQLO, Clarks, Australis, Berlei & Chadstone. With organisational skills second to none, Sarah has proven to be a hard-working leader and mentor. She has recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney to expand iD’s fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle offering.
Group Account Director
Having worked in the communications industry for almost a decade, Stacey brings invaluable experience within the lifestyle, FMCG, health, corporate and not-for-profit sectors, with expertise in media relations, crisis management, content creation and film production.
Stacey has led a mix of large-scale regional, national and international campaigns. Spending several years working in London, she developed and implemented high profile global communications strategies, predominantly in the pharmaceutical sector, for GSK, Pfizer, Roche and Novartis.

Growing up in the event business, Em Smith naturally fell into sponsorship optimisation, guerrilla marketing and large scale event management. Adventuring to Europe for almost 7 years she worked with major talent in the sporting industry and found herself managing events and activations in the music, entertainment and corporate spaces. Running her own event business in Norway, Em has worked with major clients including Sony, Mazda, Coca Cola, DC and Vans. Em worked for a street press magazine during her time in Europe managing the marketing and event activity allowing her to run wild with creativity and it is here that she fell in love with campaign direction and implementation. Since moving back to her hometown, Melbourne, Em has managed the creative department, injecting ideas throughout our business across PR, digital, talent leveraging and top-line campaign development.
