Unlocking The Power Of Instagram With Content Creation

Social media content is an ever-evolving riddle to be solved, influenced by algorithms and audience above all. When it comes to Instagram, reels are currently the apple of their eye, and have proven to be a key performance driver for brands, influencers and normies alike when used correctly. 

 

For QV Melbourne and 80 Collins, just two of the products within the Dexus property portfolio, making the switch to a reels-oriented creative strategy was a risk that more than paid off. For both brands, an uplift in engagement and engagement rate was the key metric for which to drive. Over the last three months, we tracked the performance of static image posts compared to reels. In terms of engagement rates, reels on 80 Collins outperformed statics by 123%, and by a staggering 560% on the QV Melbourne account.
