As part of a new marketing program including a new brand positioning and creative, Buxton was looking for a creative communications agency to drive increased awareness and engagement with the brand as the business aims to reposition itself with target audiences.

Secure ongoing media coverage in business, real estate, lifestyle and property publications to increase awareness and consideration of Buxton as a preferred real estate partner.​

Support talent acquisition and retention of agents by keeping Buxton top of mind via trend-based thought leadership, promotion of business achievements, profiling opportunities and more.

Establish a framework of activity to support franchisees with localised area marketing tools that engage local audiences and contribute to lead generation.

Between March and August 2024, iD Collective secured more than 40 pieces of coverage across print, online, radio and social channels achieving an impressive reach of 115,197,900

This provided an overall advertising value of $8,309,286 and PR value of $33,237,144

Buxton coverage was secured in both metro and local media outlets with key highlights including The Herald Sun, Domain, Real Estate Conversation, Australian Property Investor and realestate.com.au to name a few.

Supported Buxton with the creation of three thought leadership pieces that secured 4 pieces of coverage and shared across Buxton’s owned channels including database, website and social media.
